Crazy Dirk's is going to TurkeyCon2027. All the way in.
It's confirmed. Crazy Dirk's has secured VIP passes to TurkeyCon2027 — November 25–27 at the Meridian Convention Center & Adjoining Enclosures. Four years I've made this pilgrimage. This year, we go through the VIP gate, and we don't go alone.
The Crazy Dirk's Turkey Freak Scholarship
Dirk is personally sponsoring one (1) very special Turkey Freak to attend TurkeyCon2027 on a full ride:
- VIP badge — $499 value, all three days, including access most members have only read about.
- A seat beside Dirk at The Carving.
- Travel consideration, reviewed case by case.
Members in good standing may apply. Tell Dirk, in 300 words or fewer, what the Flock means to you and why it should be you. Dirk reads every application personally. Dirk will know.

Turkey Talk
As the cool New England sun sets across the scattered leaves of Dover, a lone turkey ambulates his way downtown. He's far from home but knows there's no danger here. Every step this bustling bird takes is filled with delight as he slurps juicy worms into his precious little gullet. He makes his way to Chapel + Main, where he finds his beloved Crazy Dirk trying to convince the staff to brew him a gravy infused stout. They Didn't Listen... If they had this beer would be inspired by that precious little turkey, safe and loved in the arms of Crazy Dirk. So here's to all you little gobblers out there looking for a Thanksgiving treat any day of the year, no cooking required.
The kegs are kicked, the cans are gone, and we officially drank it all! Check out the photo archives to see how it looked.
